Visualmee Terms of Use
Version 1.2, 31 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Alplantis Girişim Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("Alplantis", "we"), Türkiye, for the Visualmee app on iPhone, iPad and Mac. By tapping "I agree" or using Visualmee you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.
1. About Visualmee
Visualmee creates images with artificial intelligence (AI). The AI models run entirely on your device. Images are AI-generated: they may be inaccurate, unexpected or offensive, and they may resemble existing people, works or brands by chance. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person.
2. Age
You must be 18 or older to use Visualmee. By agreeing you confirm that you are at least 18.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. It includes, as an enforceable provision, the use restrictions of the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M License (Attachment A) and of the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy that apply to some models in the app. In short: no sexual content of anyone, no sexual content involving minors in any form, no "undressed" images of anyone, no use of a person's likeness without the rights and consent you need, no deceptive or defaming use of public figures, and no harassment. The Acceptable Use Policy has the full list.
4. Models and third-party licenses
Visualmee downloads AI models from Hugging Face when you choose to, and includes a few smaller models in the app. Each model comes from its own provider under its own license, listed in full in Settings > About and Settings > Licenses:
| Model | Provider | License |
|---|---|---|
| DreamShaper XL Turbo (Core ML conversion) | Lykon, based on Stable Diffusion XL (Stability AI) | CreativeML Open RAIL++-M |
| RealVis XL V5 (Core ML conversion) | SG161222, based on Stable Diffusion XL (Stability AI) | CreativeML Open RAIL++-M |
| FLUX.2 [klein] 4B | Black Forest Labs; Qwen3-4B text encoder by Alibaba Cloud | Apache License 2.0 |
| Bonsai Image | Prism ML, built from FLUX.2 [klein] 4B and Qwen3-4B | Apache License 2.0 |
| Sana Sprint 0.6B | NVIDIA; Gemma-2-2B text encoder by Google; DC-AE autoencoder by MIT HAN Lab | Apache License 2.0 (Sana Sprint), Gemma Terms of Use (Gemma), MIT License (DC-AE) |
| Real-ESRGAN x2plus / x4plus (upscaler) | Xintao Wang et al. | BSD 3-Clause |
| Depth Anything V2 Small (Make it move) | Lihe Yang et al. | Apache License 2.0 |
| MobileSAM and LaMa (Magic eraser) | Chaoning Zhang et al.; Samsung AI Center | Apache License 2.0 |
| Marqo nsfw-image-detection-384 (safety check) | Marqo | Apache License 2.0 |
By downloading or using a model in Visualmee you also accept its provider's license and, for the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M models, their use restrictions (Attachment A, reproduced in the Acceptable Use Policy). Sana Sprint uses Gemma, which is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use found at ai.google.dev/gemma/terms; its use is subject to the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy (ai.google.dev/gemma/prohibited_use_policy), which you also agree to follow. The model weights are not owned by Alplantis, and the providers give no warranty for them.
5. Your prompts and images
- You alone are responsible for your prompts, for what you make, keep and share with Visualmee, and for following the law where you live and where you share. Visualmee does not review your use and does not make it lawful.
- People. You must have the rights and consent you need for any person's likeness, photo or voice that you use in Visualmee. Where the law requires someone's permission to make or share a picture of them, get it first. Do not use public figures in misleading, political or defaming ways.
- We claim no ownership of your images. Depending on where you live, AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright.
- Brand names and characters belong to their owners. Mentioning them in a prompt gives you no rights to them.
- Invisible AI mark. When AI generates or edits a picture in Visualmee, the file Visualmee writes carries invisible, machine-readable metadata that says so (IPTC Digital Source Type). Saved, exported and shared files from Visualmee carry it, and it stays on later edits of that picture in Visualmee. Your own photo changed only with non-AI tools (crop, light, colour, text, background cut-out) is not marked as AI. The mark is not visible in the image and contains no prompt or personal data. Other apps and services may strip it when they re-save a file, and we cannot prevent that. You agree not to remove or falsify it. Details shows the same value in words. You accept this when you first start Visualmee.
6. AI laws, labelling and deepfakes
You must follow the laws where you live and where you share images. We do not promise that Visualmee, or your use of it, meets any particular law. The main rules we know of, with links to the official texts where available:
- European Union, AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). Art. 50 requires AI-generated or AI-edited images to be marked in a machine-readable way, and deepfakes to be disclosed when they are shared. Visualmee adds the metadata mark described in section 5. If you publish a realistic image of a real person, place or event made with Visualmee, say that it is AI-generated. Official text: <https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1689/oj>
- European Union, GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), for images of identifiable people: <https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj>
- France. Sharing a deepfake of a person without their consent, unless it is obviously or expressly artificial, is an offence, and sharing a sexual deepfake of a person without consent is an offence even if it is labelled (Code pénal art. 226-8 and 226-8-1, Loi n° 2024-449 "SREN").
- Italy. Spreading AI-generated or altered images, video or voice of a person without consent that can mislead and causes harm is an offence (Codice penale art. 612-quater, Legge 23 settembre 2025 n. 132): <https://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/eli/id/2025/09/25/25G00143/sg>
- United Kingdom. Creating or requesting a sexually explicit image of a real adult without consent is an offence (Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, s. 138): <https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2025/18/section/138>. See also the Online Safety Act 2023: <https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2023/50>
- United States. Publishing non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated ones, is a federal crime (TAKE IT DOWN Act, Public Law 119-12, 2025). California's AI Transparency Act (SB 942) sets AI-content disclosure rules.
- Brazil. Personal data, including images of people: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei 13.709/2018): <https://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2018/lei/l13709.htm>. AI used in election content must be labelled under the electoral court's rules.
- China. Visualmee is not offered in mainland China.
- South Korea. AI-generated images that are hard to tell from real ones must be disclosed (Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and Establishment of Trust, in force 22 January 2026): <https://www.law.go.kr/%EB%B2%95%EB%A0%B9/%EC%9D%B8%EA%B3%B5%EC%A7%80%EB%8A%A5%EB%B0%9C%EC%A0%84%EA%B3%BC%EC%8B%A0%EB%A2%B0%EA%B8%B0%EB%B0%98%EC%A1%B0%EC%84%B1%EB%93%B1%EC%97%90%EA%B4%80%ED%95%9C%EA%B8%B0%EB%B3%B8%EB%B2%95>

This list is for information, is not complete and is not legal advice. Laws change; the law of your country applies even if it is not listed.
Visualmee is available in many countries. By downloading or using it, wherever you live, you confirm that you have had the chance to read these terms, including this summary of local rules and the model licenses in section 4, and that you accept them.
7. Safety filters and reporting
Visualmee checks prompts and images on your device. It refuses some requests, and it changes others: it can drop words and add a clothed instruction before making a picture, and it may try a blocked picture once more with a new seed. A small line on the result tells you when this happened. The checks are not perfect; some acceptable requests may be blocked or changed, and some unacceptable images may get through. We may update the filters at any time.
We cannot see your content, because it stays on your device. A report only reaches us if you send it: Report on the image opens an e-mail with the image recipe, never the image.
8. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
9. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy. In short: Visualmee has no account, your prompts and images stay on your device, and we do not collect personal data, except as described there.
10. No warranty, limitation of liability
Visualmee and the models are provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We give no warranty about outputs: they may be inaccurate, offensive, or resemble real people, works or brands. Alplantis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for images you create or how you use them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; we will ask you to agree again in the app for material changes. You may stop using Visualmee at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your licence to use Visualmee ends.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
13. Apple
These terms are between you and Alplantis, not Apple. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
